Denmark transferred 6 F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine: delivery going according to plan

Ukraine has already received six F-16 fighter jets from Denmark, and plans for their transfer have not changed.

Details: When asked to clarify plans to deliver warplanes to Ukraine, Frederiksen stated, "Our plans for the F-16s have not changed."
"The number has always been the same. Six [F-16s] have already been delivered; this is the first batch," she explained.
According to Fredriksen, Ukraine will get another two batches of fighters from Denmark, with the total number of planes reaching 19.
Background:
- Denmark, in partnership with the Netherlands, is leading an international fighter jet coalition which is tasked with arranging training for Ukrainian pilots on F-16s.
- Danish Defence Minister Troels Lund Poulsen announced that Ukraine would receive another batch of F-16 fighter jets by the end of 2024.
