Zelenskyy wants to go to front with Trump so that he sees reality of war
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has expressed his readiness to go with Donald Trump, a likely US presidential candidate, to the front line in Ukraine so that he can see the reality of the war he wants to stop "in 24 hours".

Details: Zelenskyy reiterated that he had publicly invited Trump to Ukraine and that the Ukrainian government is grateful to the United States for the support of both parties and "always wants them to know what is really happening in this war."
"And if Mr Trump comes, I am ready to go to the front with him. I think that if we are going to have a conversation about how to end the war, we need to show the decision-makers what this war means. Not what they write about on Instagram, but a real war," he added.
Background:
- Donald Trump, who is seeking re-election in 2024, promised to resolve the situation with the war in Ukraine "very quickly" after winning the Republican primary in Iowa.
- Media reported that if he wins, Trump intends to "reduce commitments" to some NATO members and plans to push Ukraine and Russia to negotiate.
- In November, Volodymyr Zelenskyy already invited Trump to come to Ukraine. But Trump refused, citing a "conflict of interest" with the current Joe Biden administration.
