Russians attack Avdiivka and village of Lastochkyne, injuring three
The Russian army launched an attack on the settlement of Avdiivka and the village of Lastochkyne in Ocheretyne hromada in Donetsk Oblast on 2 November, injuring three people. [A hromada – is an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories – ed.]

Quote: "In the morning of 2 November, the Russian forces once again attacked the city of Avdiivka. Preliminary reports indicate that the settlement was struck by artillery. As a result of a projectile hitting one of the residential areas, an 85-year old woman and her 62-year old son have been injured. At the moment of the attack, the injured were in their apartment."
Details: Moreover, in the afternoon, the Russian army struck the village of Lastochkyne in Ocheretyne hromada: a 65-year old woman received a shrapnel wound and was taken to hospital to get necessary medical treatment.
The Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor’s Office has initiated a pre-trial investigation for violating the laws and customs of war (Art. 438.1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
