Police post video of first few minutes after strike on Pokrovsk
Donetsk Oblast Police have released a video of the first few minutes after this morning’s attack on the Social Protection Department building in Pokrovsk in which 23 people were injured and 1 person was killed.

Details: The bodycam footage shows that part of the building has collapsed and people are trapped under the rubble.
In addition, the police reported that as of 16:30, 14 people were injured. One person died in hospital.
Among the injured are nine employees of the Department of Social Protection and two female visitors aged 32 and 68.
The administrative building of the Department of Social Protection, a social infrastructure facility, two medical facilities and two apartment buildings were destroyed.
Update: The Prosecutor’s Office reported that as of 17:00, 23 people are known to have been injured and 1 person to have been killed in the attack.
Background:
- On the morning of 13 October, the Russians bombarded the city of Pokrovsk, killing one person. Previously, it was reported that 13 people were injured.
- Emergency workers pulled out three people from under the rubble following the Russian strike on the city.
