Quote: "I think everything will change. Everything flows, everything changes. The approach to selecting people for the future parliament, the future Cabinet of ministers, and other government offices will also be changed.
Because, you know, we even introduced some restrictions by law. In particular, the head of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine could not be a person who fled the country on 24 February. Therefore, there may be some new restrictions. I do not know for sure, we are now talking just at a philosophical level.
But in psychology, there is a term called a borderline situation. On 24 February, there was such a borderline situation, and everyone made their choice. Some immediately held mines in their hands with a cigarette between their teeth, and some rushed to the Maldives. These are two different worldviews. There is a civilisation gap between these people, and we are aware of this. You see, it seems that the future of Ukraine belongs to the first people who want to join in."
Details: At the same time, the head of the Parliament said that elections during a war are impossible.
According to Stefanchuk, elections during the war could lead to a breakup of the state.
