Death toll rises following Russian missile attack on Kyiv on New Year's Eve

The death toll, following the Russian massive missile strike before the New Year, has risen to three people. Another victim of the attack has died in a Kyiv hospital.

Quote from Klitschko: "Another victim of a missile attack on the capital on 29 December 2022 has died. The 40-year-old woman was in hospital in a critical condition."
Details: The mayor has noted that this is the third victim of the barbaric attack by Russians on New Year's Eve.
Background:
- On the morning of 29 December, sounds of explosions rocked Kyiv during an air raid, the air defence system was activated, and debris from a downed missile damaged a private residential building in the Osokorky district. Three victims, including a 14-year-old girl, were reported.
- On 31 December, the Russians carried out another massive missile attack on Ukraine. One person was killed and another 22 were injured in Kyiv.
