An emergency power outage has been implemented throughout the entire territory of Sumy Oblast.

Quote: "In order to prevent a disruption in the operation of the unified energy system of Ukraine due to massive missile attacks, by order of the National Energy Company Ukrenergo, an emergency power outage was implemented throughout Sumy Oblast," the message states.
