Russian invaders intensify conscription of people in occupied Luhansk Oblast
Russian soldiers and militants have intensified conscription for war in occupied Luhansk Oblast, intending to replenish their personnel.
Source: Serhii Haidai, Head of Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, on Telegram
Quote from Haidai: "Russians have intensified measures of forced conscription in order to replenish their personnel on the Sievierodonetsk front.
In particular, the number of patrols that check men's documents, hand them conscription notices, and take them to the draft points has increased in Khrustalne [Luhansk Oblast – ed.].
Almost everyone in Milove [Luhansk Oblast] receives conscription notices. The occupiers do not consider the age, health or number of children of the conscripts."
Details: According to Haidai, in Sorokyne [Luhansk Oblast – ed.] people have repeatedly observed the public beating of those who refused to be called up; those people are taken to military enlistment offices by force.
