Russians launch 10 rockets on Sumy Oblast

Russian soldiers have struck Sumy Oblast with 10 rockets.

Quote: "Sumy Oblast. Russians have attacked the area of Hrabovske settlement. 10 rockets were launched; the fire was unadjusted."

Details: Tymoshenko has pointed out that early reports say there are no injured people.
