A downed Russian missile has fallen on civilian targets in Vinnytsia Oblast.

Details: The fall of the rocket has caused some damage.

Borzov said that there are no dead or wounded.

"Special services and Ukraine’s State Emergency Service are at work at the scene," the head of Vinnytsia Oblast Military Administration added.
