Contract serviceman runs over column of conscripts in Russia’s Arkhangelsk Oblast, killing several people

A military contract serviceman has run over a cloumn of conscripts in Arkhangelsk Oblast in Russia, killing two people.

Details: A 22-year old soldier named Israpil is reported to be responsible for the accident. He was driving a KAMAZ vehicle and hit a column of 20 conscripts.

As a result, one person died at the scene, and another in hospital. 11 more people were taken to a Russian Ministry of Defence hospital with various injuries.

The reason for the accident is unknown. Military investigators are working on this case.
