Border guards shoot down Shahed drone in the dark with small arms

Border guards in Odesa Oblast have shot down a Shahed drone launched by the Russians from Crimea at dawn.

Quote: "At dawn, guards from the Ukrainian State Border Service spotted a ‘moped’ [a derisory name for drones - ed.] that the Russians had launched from Crimea. The guards opened fire on the drone using small arms. The downed Shahed drone exploded and fell into the sea without reaching its intended target".

Details: Border guards called on civilians to stay in shelters during the air-raid.

Nataliia Humeniuk, spokeswoman for Operational Command Pivden (South), said the drone was shot down near Kobleve.
