Ukraine’s Foreign Minister calls on the world to support the creation of a special tribunal for Russia

Dmytro Kuleba, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, called on foreign partners to support the creation of a "Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression Against Ukraine".

Quote from Kuleba: "Putin has just publicly confessed to the crime of aggression against Ukraine [saying that Russia] ‘did it consciously’.

I once again call on all states: endorse the creation of the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression Against Ukraine. The crime is in plain sight. Justice must be served."

Previously: Vladimir Putin, the President of the Russian Federation, said that "Russia’s military response to potential threats from Ukraine was made consciously." He made the comment during the plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok (Russia) on Wednesday, 7 September.
