Russian gunner from Kaliningrad detained in Kharkiv Oblast

Ukrainian border guards captured a Russian artillerist who had been shelling Kharkiv Oblast’s Chuhuiv district since March.

Quote: "The captured occupier said that after the attack of the Defence Forces of Ukraine, he and his comrade were abandoned by fellow servicemen who fled in a hurry. The captive's comrade was blown up while walking into a forest mined by Ruscists [Russian invaders], and the young invader was detained by Ukrainian border guards. He turned out to be a citizen of the Russian Federation, born in 2001."
Details: The captured man said that he had served in one of the units permanently stationed in Kaliningrad Oblast, Russia, as a senior gunner of the self-propelled howitzer artillery division.
According to him, the crew of his 2C3 Akatsiya self-propelled howitzer invaded Ukraine in early March, as part of a convoy that comprised 15 units.
The invader periodically shelled Ukrainian settlements, in particular, Chuhuiv, Pechenihy and Korobochkyne.
