A Russian  X-31 cruise missile launched from a plane in the Odesa region has exploded over the Black Sea, Pivden (South) Operational Command has reported.

Details: At about 10:00, from the Black Sea, an enemy Su-30 aircraft fired an X-31 cruise missile at the Odesa region, which exploded over the sea while heading for the coast.

Quote: "It is quite likely that the enemy's tactics will change to inflict mass shrapnel damage in places of large crowds in the coastal zone."
