“Loud noises” heard again in Belgorod - fire breaks out, some fatalities

Viacheslav Gladkov, governor of the Belgorod Oblast of the Russian Federation, has said that there has been a series of "loud noises" in Belgorod and air defence systems were reportedly triggered there.

Quote: "Half an hour ago, a series of loud noises were heard in Belgorod. A private residential building at 23 Maiakovskyi Street is on fire… The causes of the incident are being investigated, and it is believed that an air defence system was triggered."
Details: Gladkov said that there are now three injured who have been hospitalised.
Updated: Gladkov later reported that three people had been killed and four injured. There is partial damage to 11 apartment buildings. At least 39 private residential buildings were partially destroyed, 5 of them completely.
