324 children killed by Russian aggression in Ukraine so far

As of the morning of 22 June, more than 916 children have been affected by Russian forces in Ukraine, with 324 children killed and over 592 injured.

Details: The Prosecutor General’s office stressed that these figures are not final, as work is underway to confirm them in the temporarily occupied and liberated territories, where active hostilities are taking place.
Children were most affected in the Donetsk (307), Kharkiv (175), Kyiv (116), Chernihiv (68), Luhansk (54), Kherson (52), Mykolaiv (48), Zaporizhzhia (30) and Sumy (17) oblasts.
More specifically, on 21 June, an 8-year-old girl was fatally injured as a result of Russian shelling in the village of Bezruky, Kharkiv Oblast.
On the same day, shelling near the Zolota Rybka pond in the town of Chasiv Yar, Bakhmut district, Donetsk Oblast, injured five children aged 9 to 16.
