Luhansk region: no water in Lysychansk until the war is over

The utility systems in Luhansk Region have been almost completely destroyed as a result of hostilities, so it will not be possible to restore the water supply in the city of Lysychansk until the fighting is over.

Details: According to Haidai, Rubizhne, Popasna and Sievierodonetsk - that is, almost all the free cities in the region - are also without water. The water utilities are not operating.

There are settlements in communities where some water is available, but the authorities will not say which ones so that the invaders cannot take advantage of this, Haidai explained.
