Russia denies earlier announcements about taking grain from occupied territories of Ukraine

The news that the deputies of the Krasnoyarskiy Kray region [of Russia] supported the measure of sourcing grain from the Russian-occupied territory of Ukraine’s Kherson Region has disappeared from the website of the Krasnoyarskiy Kray Legislative Assembly. The story has been declared fake news.

Earlier:

• On 27 April it was reported that Krasnoyarskiy Kray had decided to replenish the region’s agricultural stocks with illegal supplies from the occupied territories of Ukraine, as Krasnoyarskiy Kray is currently acutely short of vegetables and grain due to sanctions.
• Vladislav Zyryanov, Head of the Committee on Rural Affairs and Agricultural Policy, said that "this experience" could be "successfully" replicated by his "colleagues" from other regions of Russia in the future.
