Details: According to Andriy Yermak, "Sapphire" has moored in the port of Izmail (a port in a municipality on the Danube river in Odesa Oblast - ed.).

More details: "Sapphire" is a specialised Ukrainian civilian vessel, which is in permanent search and rescue readiness and is able to perform relevant tasks on the high seas.

Background:

On April 8, it became known that the "Sapphire", which had previously been seized by the aggressors, had returned under Ukrainian control.

The vessel has been taking part in rescue operations at the Black Sea since February 24, 2022.

In particular, "Sapphire" participated in fighting a fire on board the tanker "Millennial Spirit" (under the flag of Moldova). The tanker caught fire as a result of a Russian missile attack.
