MP Highlights Bills at Risk of Corruption

Yehor Soboliev, Chief of the parliamentary anti-corruption committee, disclosed a list of 26 draft laws which contain risks of corruption in his blog on Ukrayinska Pravda.

According to Soboliev, the most critical of them are:

1377 – draft law on sickness benefit fund

2425 – draft law on prevention of criminal prosecution and liability of ATO fighters

3544 – draft law on special regime of investments and innovations based on subsidiarity principle in Ukraine

3545 – draft law on amending the Tax Code of Ukraine on introducing investments and innovations based on the subsidiarity principle in Ukraine.
