"According to the preliminary information, the blast was caused by an explosive device. The killers need to be found and punished," Turchynov said.
The attack is being discussed at an inter-agency meeting of law enforcement officials at the National Police Headquarters this morning. According to the source of ZN.ua, representatives of the National Police, Prosecutor General’s Office, and SBU participate in the meeting.
"It was originally planned to hold the meeting on ensuring safety during the upcoming church procession, but of course the morning events have influenced the agenda," the source said.
