Russian troops launched an attack on a district in the city of Kharkiv on 19 November, leaving nine people injured.

Quote from Terekhov: "Russian troops struck the Kyiv district of Kharkiv. Currently, reports indicate that three people have been injured."

Details: The city’s mayor later reported that the number of casualties had increased to seven people. Shortly after, Syniehubov reported that nine civilians had been wounded.
