Russian troops execute passer-by woman in Donetsk Oblast
Russian troops killed a woman on the outskirts of the village of Terny in Donetsk Oblast.

Details: Operational data indicates that Russian soldiers committed yet another war crime in Donetsk Oblast on 10 November. Russian forces spotted a local resident walking along streets lined with houses destroyed by Russian attacks on the outskirts of Terny, near the city of Lyman.
The Russians attacked the woman with small arms, claiming her life.
At present, law enforcement officers are conducting immediate investigative actions aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident and identifying the woman killed by the Russians.
The pre-trial investigation is being led by the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, under the supervision of the Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office.
Lubinets reported that he had sent letters to the United Nations and the International Committee of the Red Cross regarding the crime.
