Woman killed, another injured in Russian attack on Kharkiv Oblast – photos
The Russians attacked the city of Kupiansk in Kharkiv Oblast on 23 September, killing an 82-year-old woman and leaving a 59-year-old woman injured.

Quote from Syniehubov: "The occupiers launched another strike on Kupiansk at around 09:00. Unfortunately, an 82-year-old civilian woman was killed."
Details: Syniehubov said that law enforcement and emergency services were working at the scene. Earlier, the Air Force reported a missile threat in Kharkiv Oblast.
Update: Later, the Kharkiv Oblast police noted that the Russians had also attacked the village of Osynovo.
"A 59-year-old owner of a house has been injured in an enemy bombardment. She has been taken to hospital with blast injuries," the police stated.
In addition, the Russians damaged a house and a car.
Background: On 22 September, the Russian army attacked Kupiansk, damaging houses and outbuildings and causing forest litter to catch fire. The Russians also struck the village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi, injuring a 64-year-old woman.
