Details: Protesters in Anapa blocked several lanes of traffic at the intersection of Shevchenka St and Ivana Golubtsa St, only letting ambulances through.

Anapa residents are disgruntled over the lack of power and water in their homes. Ostorozhno, Novosti (Beware, News) reported that power and water outages have lasted for four days now.

According to Baza, a representative of Rosseti – a Russian power company that manages power distribution – addressed the protesters, saying that "generators are already on the way". Still, the protesters remain on the streets. Police are on duty near the site of the protest.

Background: On Saturday, 20 July, disgruntled residents of the Russian city of Krasnodar blocked a street due to a power outage. Krasnodar Mayor Yevgeny Naumov promised protesters to address the power outage in one of the city’s districts "in the near future".
