Russians kill civilian in early morning attack on Kherson Oblast – photo

Russian forces bombarded Darivka hromada in Kherson Oblast on the morning of 29 February, killing a man in the village of Poniativka [a hromada is an administrative unit designating a village, several villages, or a town, and their adjacent territories – ed.].

Details: According to the investigation, Russian forces fired on the Darivka hromada of Kherson district at around 05:40 on 29 February. 

A 35-year-old man was killed as a result of the attack on the village of Poniativka. 

Residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged. 

Under the procedural supervision of the Oleshky District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated for a criminal case regarding the violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
