Aftermath of nighttime attack on Kharkiv dealt with: 1 person injured, houses and cars damaged
Search and rescue crews have dealt with the aftermath of a Russian attack that took place on the night of 7-8 December in Kharkiv. Firefighters also extinguished a fire after a bomb attack on the Kupiansk district in Kharkiv Oblast.

Details: As of 08:00, the aftermath of a large-scale missile attack that took place around 03:00 was being dealt with in Kharkiv.
Initially, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that one person had been wounded, and residential buildings and 26 private cars had been damaged as a result of the attack.
Later, the Interior Minister said that 2 people had been injured, and at least 7 apartment buildings and more than 20 cars had been damaged.
A fire broke out in one of the garages. The fire was extinguished.
Oleh Syniehubov reported that six S-300 missiles had struck Kharkiv, injuring a woman, 36, who received medical assistance on the spot, and a man, 25, who was hospitalised.
A playground was hit, and residential buildings, an educational institution and about 20 cars were damaged. All of these are exclusively civilian targets.
In addition, at around midnight, the Russians carried out a bomb attack on Kurylivka district near Kupiansk.
A fire broke out in a five-storey residential building. Apartments on the second and third floors were on fire. The total area covered by the fire was 120 square metres. The fire has been extinguished.
Syniehubov said a Russian attack on the village of Kurylivka in the Kupiansk district took place at 00:46 (early reports indicate the Russians used guided bomb units). The bombardment set two floors of a 5-storey residential building on fire.
Klymenko said that this attack killed 1 civilian and injured 1 more.
Moreover, the Russians struck the village of Podoly in the Kupiansk district at around 16:00 on 7 December. Three civilians were injured: a man, 56, and two women, aged 50 and 69.
