Quote: "We are launching the #LEGOwithUKRAINE initiative to rebuild Ukraine. Together with United24, we are bringing together Lego creators from all over the world for a common goal. Top designers will help create Lego models of Ukrainian monuments to raise funds for the recovery of Ukraine."
The first limited-edition models are now available: the Mother Ukraine statue in Kyiv, the Swallow's Nest in Crimea, and the Old Water Tower in Mariupol.
The sets are not for sale - they can only be won by making a donation of US$24 through the United24 platform. All proceeds will go towards rebuilding apartment blocks in Kyiv Oblast.
What’s more, anyone can join in with this initiative by creating other Ukrainian monuments out of Lego and posting them under the hashtag #LEGOwithUKRAINE. The next drop of charity sets is planned to be released in the spring of 2024.
