Israeli forces kill another Hamas commander
Ibrahim Biari, one of Hamas' commanders, has been killed in an Israeli strike on a refugee camp in Jabaliya in the northern Gaza Strip.

Quote: "During this operation many terrorists were killed. Terrorists who were with him inside the building as well as under the building in tunnels."
Details: Hagari added that the strike on the building had led to the collapse of other buildings due to the extensive underground infrastructure there.
"The purpose of that infrastructure was to carry out attacks against Israel and that infrastructure has collapsed," Rear Admiral Hagari stated.
The officer also noted that Biari was behind not only the 7 October attack on Israel but also other related activities.
