Russians mobilise locals in occupied Kherson Oblast

The Russian invaders have been mobilising local people in temporarily occupied territories of Kherson Oblast into the ranks of the Russian army.

Quote: "Thus, in Kherson region, there have been recorded cases of conscriptions being handed out specifically for mobilisation, after the representatives of Moscow came to the fake military commissariats to 'clarify the data'. 

At the same time, all the men of the region have to 'clarify the data'."

Details: The NRC clarified that earlier, the Russian occupiers created so-called "federal commissariats" at temporarily occupied territories of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts.

The NRC added that "the compulsory mobilisation of residents of the occupied territories is a violation of international law and indicates Moscow’s intention to destroy the Ukrainians".
