Explosions rock Kyiv and other cities: debris damages apartment building in capital
A series of explosions thundered on the night of 23-24 June in the cities of Kyiv, Dnipro, Kharkiv and Kremenchuk, Ukrainian air defence forces were engaged, and in the capital, fragments of a downed Russian missile damaged an apartment building.

Details: A series of explosions thundered in Kyiv around 03:05. Kyiv City Military Administration reported that an air defence system had been triggered in the capital.
According to the Air Force, cruise missiles moved towards Kyiv.
Suspilne also reports that the sounds of explosions were heard in Dnipro, Kharkiv and Kremenchuk.
Vitalii Klitschko reported explosions in the Solomianskyi district of Kyiv.
"According to preliminary information, debris from a missile hit a car park in Solomianskyi district. Emergency teams are at the scene. There is smoke on the upper floors of a residential building next to the car park as well. Firefighters are at work," he wrote on social media.
Kyiv City Military Administration reported that due to falling debris in Solomianskyi district, damage had been done to an apartment building, and a fire had broken out.
Updated at 04:05. Later, Kyiv City Military Administration confirmed that the 15th, 16th and 17th floors of a 24-storey building in the Solomianskyi district had been damaged and a fire had broken out as a result of falling debris.
"Now we know about 2 victims. One was treated on the spot, the other was hospitalised. Information is being confirmed," said Serhii Popko, Head of the City Military Administration.
