Quote from Oleshchuk: "Over 650 of the occupiers' cruise missiles and over 610 Iranian-made attack drones have been destroyed since 11 September 2022 alone."

Details: Oleshchuk said that the Air Force had received NASAMS, IRIS-T and Crotale anti-aircraft missile systems and Gepard self-propelled anti-aircraft guns from Ukraine's Western partners, and are currently waiting to receive Patriot and SAMP/T-MAMBA missile systems. He noted, however, that this amount of aid is not sufficient.

"We need more modern and technologically advanced weapons that will help us quickly restore order in the sky and eliminate all air terror threats. Our allies know exactly what Ukraine, and in particular its Air Force, needs: modern multipurpose aircraft and medium- to long-range anti-aircraft missile systems," Oleshchuk said.
