The Russian Iskander tactical ballistic missile systems have a range of up to 500 km and have been reportedly operating in southern regions of Ukraine.
An air-raid siren marks the threat of potential strikes and cautions citizens to stay in shelter and to follow "the two-walls rule" [safety rule whereby a person keeps two walls without windows between them and the street during attacks - ed.].
