Several metro stations closed in Kyiv due to missile wreckage

Metro trains in Kyiv have only been running from the Akademmistechko to Arsenalna stations on the red line as fragments of a missile were discovered at one of the stations. The underground is now operating normally.

Quote: "Foreign objects were discovered on open tracks [of the Kyiv Metro – ed.] which resembled fragments of a missile, as per initial reports."

Details: Bomb disposal services are working at the site; the resumption of metro traffic will be reported later. 

Updated: Around 11:00 Kyiv time, it was reported that traffic on the red metro line from Akademmistechko station to Lisova station had resumed.

The bomb disposal team has removed a missile fragment near the Livoberezhna metro station.
