Head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov has sent his nephew Khasan Ibragimov to the occupied part of Ukraine’s south in order to control Russian-appointed "heads" and rob territories.

Quote: "New Gauleiters [a term that referred to German governors of territories occupied by the Nazis in World War II - ed.] are starting to arrive [to the occupied part of Zaporizhzhia Oblast]. A new one arrived this week who is a nephew of Ramzan Kadyrov."

Details: According to Federov, the nephew was a Minister of Agrarian Policy in Chechnya. In Fedorov’s opinion, the goal of the visit is to loot the occupied part of the oblast and steal grain, in particular.

Moreover, the nephew will make sure that "the money goes exclusively into the right pocket", "terrorise" civilians, and, what is most important, control the local collaborators.

The Centre for Investigative Reporting has reported that Khasan Ibragimov, Kadyrov’s nephew, has become a so-called representative of the Head of the Chechen Republic in the occupied parts of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts. "Governmental delegation" from Chechnya is currently in occupied Melitopol.
