Zelenskyy calls meeting of Staff of Supreme Commander-in-Chief to discuss possible actions of Russia

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a regular meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Staff on Friday, 30 December.

Details: The President's Office said that reports on the operational situation at the front and possible actions of the Russian Federation in the near future had been heard at the meeting.

The Staff focused on the provision of defence units in the hottest areas with weapons and other means.

The issue of improvement of air defence of Ukraine, in particular for the protection of critical infrastructure, has also been considered at the meeting.

The President's Office stated that the Staff also heard information on the repair of the energy system of Ukraine after the recent Russian missile attacks.
