Russia’s Kursk Oblast authorities report strikes at power facility, blackouts in two districts

Roman Starovoyt, governor of Russia’s Kursk Oblast, has reported strikes at energy facilities in the Oblast. He has alleged that Ukrainian Armed Forces performed the attack.

Quote: "The Armed Forces of Ukraine are shelling the Sudzha District right now. A total of about 11 airstrikes have been recorded. An energy transmitting facility has been hit."
Details: Starovoyt reported that the Sudzha and Korenivsk districts were partially cut off from the grid because of the damage to the energy facility.
No information on casualties is currently available. Relevant specialists will assess the damage and start repairing the facility.
