The Russian flotilla in the Black Sea and the Mediterranean Sea includes six missile carriers armed with 80 Kalibr cruise missiles.

Details: As of 19 November:
- Seven Russian vessels are on standby in the Black Sea, including one missile carrier armed with four Kalibr missiles;
- Two Russian vessels are on standby in the Azov Sea, where Russia is continuing to control all shipping;
- There are 10 Russian vessels in the Mediterranean Sea, including five missile carriers armed with 76 Kalibr cruise missiles.
A number of ships have crossed the Kerch-Yenikale Canal in Russia’s interest [the canal is part of the Kerch Strait, connecting the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov - ed.]:
- 24 ships entered the Sea of Azov, including 11 that arrived from the Bosphorus Strait;
- 15 ships entered the Black Sea, including seven that set sail for the Bosphorus Strait.
Ukraine’s Navy Forces have stressed that Russia continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) by disabling automatic identification systems (AIS) on civilian ships in the Sea of Azov.
