Crimean leader orders fortifications to be built in occupied Crimea

The occupation authorities of the Russian-occupied Crimea have ordered "fortification works to ensure the safety of Crimeans" to be built on the peninsula.

Quote: "On the territory of (temporarily occupied - ed.) Crimea, under my control, fortification works are being carried out intended to ensure the security of Crimeans."

Details: Aksyonov also said that the security of occupied Crimea "should be achieved at the expense of measures" taken in the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region by the Russians. He noted that the occupation authorities are trying to coordinate their actions.

Previously: The Kremlin said that in temporarily occupied Crimea, they plan to strengthen "the security transport infrastructure", which is allegedly threatened by the activities of the Security Services of Ukraine, and insisted that the protection of transport facilities should not be entrusted to "unauthorised persons".
