Reportedly, about 70,000-80,000 people are residing in Kherson at the moment. The situation with electricity supply and mobile phone connections in the city is quite complicated.
"Unfortunately, the occupiers, who are destroying everything they see, have completely destroyed the electric grid. But our services are working, and everything will be fixed," Zelenskyy promised.
He added that aid stations will gradually appear in Kherson, like they did in the liberated territories of Kharkiv Oblast.
The President has also visited the Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration humanitarian staff, which has been helping people in need since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion. The staff has sent aid to the recently liberated city of Kherson.
