Details: These announcements have appeared in places of interest to the occupiers, mainly in the city centre.
The owners have been ordered to submit documents on these properties by 3 June to the fake [occupiers’ - ed.] "military-civil administration".
An unpublished "order" from Volodymyr Saldo, the so-called "head of the Kherson Regional State Administration", was the reason behind this.
The occupiers are ordering that documents be submitted to the fake "State Property Fund of Kherson Oblast".
It is not specified what might happen if documents are not submitted.
Previously: On 30 May, communication was lost in Kherson Oblast and in the city of Kherson; since then, Ukrainian mobile operators and, in part, home internet connections have not been working; the invaders announced the establishment of their mobile networks.
The occupiers said earlier that they had switched the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions to the Russian telephone code +7.
The Ukrainian State Special Communications Service said that it was likely that, for the foreseeable future, it would not be possible to restore the Ukrainian mobile, landline and internet networks disconnected by the occupiers in Kherson Oblast.
