Odesa Oblast: Security Service of Ukraine detains 5 collaborators

The Security Service of Ukraine has exposed five people in Odesa Oblast who have been supporting the actions of the Russian occupiers and who were calling for cooperation with the aggressor state.

Quote: "In the Odesa oblast, Security Service of Ukraine cyber specialists have exposed five more supporters of the Ruscist invasion who had publicly justified Russia's armed invasion of Ukraine and were supporting the actions of the occupiers.

The accused distributed materials using social networks that are banned in Ukraine, and which glorified the Russian invaders and appealed for cooperation with the aggressor state."

Details: During authorised searches at the residences of Russian supporters, law enforcement officers confiscated computers and mobile terminals containing evidence of illegal activities.

Consequently, criminal proceedings are underway under Article 110 (Encroachment on the Territorial Integrity and Inviolability of Ukraine) and Article 436-2 (Justification, Recognition as Lawful, Denial of Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, Glorification of its Participants) of the Criminal Code.

So far, three collaborators have been charged. Indictments against them have been sent to court.
