The Armed Forces of Ukraine have repulsed a Russian assault on the Viktorivka–Vrubivka and Vrubivka–Velyka Komyshuvakha fronts. The Russian army has renewed its assault on Zolote, and to the north of Sievierodonetsk it has been able to partially push back Ukrainian troops.

Quote: "On 12 June, three residents of Lysychansk were killed: a man, a woman and a six-year-old child. One person was wounded.

Last night [i.e. on the night of 12-13 June – ed.] a shopping mall burned down in Lysychansk; four residential buildings and a local mine were damaged.

Russians destroyed 11 houses in Vrubivka, four in Zolote, and two houses and a kindergarten in Hirske.

Our soldiers have successfully repelled the assault on Viktorivka–Vrubivka and Komyshuvakha–Vrubivka fronts. The enemy has renewed its assault on Zolote.

Regarding the situation in Sievierodonetsk: the enemy continues to storm the city and has somewhat pushed the Ukrainian troops back due to a significant advantage in artillery. Still, the fight for the city is continuing. Russians are destroying city block after city block."

Details: Haidai noted that multi-storey apartment buildings in the old parts of Sievierodonetsk have been "practically razed to the ground". One of the buildings that has been struck is broken into four parts, each of which is still standing, separate from the others.

Several shells hit Sievierodonetsk treatment facilities [it is not specified what kind of treatment facilities these were, whether, for example, they treated water or sewage – ed.]. The territory of the Azot chemical plant, where civilians are hiding in bomb shelters, came under Russian fire three times.
