Occupied by Russia, Kherson and Zaporizhzhya Oblasts are transferring to the Russian code +7; new operators have entered the oblasts.

Details: In the occupation "administration" of Zaporizhzhia Oblast, the propagandists have confirmed that, "The oblast is transferring to the Russian [country] code +7. A new mobile operator has entered the oblast."
It is noted that SIM cards with numbers starting at +7 have already gone on sale.
Reminder: In early May, mobile operators in the territories controlled by the DPR and LPR transferred to the Russian +7 telephone numbering system.
