On Saturday, 21 May, 8 civilians were wounded by Russian shelling of Kharkiv Oblast, including 5 in the city of Kharkiv.

Details: 5 residents of the Saltivka neighbourhood in Kharkiv were wounded in Russian shelling.

Another 3 civilians were wounded in Lozova, Chuhuiv, and Kupiansk districts (1 wounded in each district).

Earlier: On the evening of 21 May, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Russian troops deployed artillery to fire on towns and villages in Kharkiv Oblast.
