Background: Earlier, the Head of the Dnipro Regional Council, Mykola Lukashuk, reported that two Russian missiles hit the oil depot in Dnipro in the evening of 30 March. Two fuel trucks were damaged by the wreckage of another rocket. There are no casualties.
