NABU Chief: Organization Already Brought ₴45 Million to the State Budget
NABU has already brought ₴45 million back to state budget, the Head of NABU Artem Sytnyk informed during the press briefing.
"We have the first funds returned to the state budget: ₴10 million were voluntarily reimbursed in the case of the officials of the State Food and Grain Corporation, and another ₴35 million was reimbursed in the case against Zaporizhzhia oblast energy company officials," Sytnyk said.
In the nearest future, NABU hopes to return ₴100 million more in the same case, as five NABU claims have already been satisfied. Over ₴400 million involved in NABU cases are currently frozen.
Sytnyk also said that the campaign to discredit NABU and anti-corruption prosecutors is planned, as many people in law enforcement are against the work that they are doing.
