Russia launches cyberattacks on Ukraine's energy system ahead of large-scale strikes – Ukraine's Ministry of Energy
Russian forces continue to use the tactic of powerful cyberattacks on Ukraine’s energy sector ahead of large-scale strikes on the energy system.

Details: Andarak explained that powerful cyberattacks on many energy sector facilities occur two days before large-scale strikes: "Then we know that within one or two days, there will be an attack," he stated.
He added that Russia actively employs disinformation methods aimed at creating panic among the population and uses information and psychological manipulation and propaganda concerning the state of Ukraine's energy sector.
Background: On 28 November, Russian forces carried out their eleventh large-scale attack on Ukraine's energy system, damaging energy facilities in several oblasts.
