The Russian army attacked a humanitarian aid distribution hub in Mykolaiv Oblast with an FPV drone, injuring five people, on 25 November.

Quote: "The Russians attacked the village of Solonchaky in the Kutsurub hromada with an FPV drone. The drone was directed at people specifically during the distribution of humanitarian aid. Five people were injured, including both members of the humanitarian mission and local residents [a hromada is an administrative unit designating a town, village or several villages and their adjacent territories – ed.]."
Details: Kim stated that all the injured people were transported to the hospital. Two men and a woman are in moderate condition, while two more men are in serious condition.
